SO WHAT DOES SHE DO, ANYWAY?

Shannon has appeared on stages across Canada, off-broadway and in London's West End.  She works closely with internationally celebrated Catalyst Theatre,  was a core cast member of the Canadian Comedy Award-winning Improvisation troupe, Die Nasty: The Live Improvised Soap Opera for several years, and is an ensemble member with Edmonton's genre-bending Teatro la Quindicina.

She’s contributed to an array of Canadian-made media, from AAA video game titles to music videos. She has worked as a producer, director and assistant director for Bioware, Mosaic Entertainment, Prairie Dog Film and Television, Anaid Productions and Six Shooter Records.

Shannon holds a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Voice Pedagogy from the University of Alberta, where her interdisciplinary research focused on the neurological correlates of Voice and Speech Training. She joined the faculty at the University of Saskatchewan as an Assistant Professor of Voice and Acting in summer of 2021.

When she's not doing any of the above, she pretends to like running and genuinely loves dogs.
